This property offers comfortable accommodation and a private garden. Set in a leafy environment ideally placed for exploring the many attractions to be found in Dorset and Hampshire.

Set in a leafy location overlooking the forest, Ashley Heath is the ideal base for touring the area, as it is set centrally between Ringwood and Wimborne. The New Forest National Park is close by and offers stunning scenery and a plethora of routes ideal for walkers and cyclists. With good road links the Jurassic Coastline is also accessible from here, where you can explore the much photographed Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. This picturesque area has an abundance of attractions to explore, such as Moors Valley Country Park and golf course, which is minutes away. West Quay Southampton or Bournemouth with its wide range of shops, beach and amenities.

This spacious studio style annexe is attached to the owners home, yet offers a good degree of seclusion. To the front is a gravelled parking area which leads you directly to the private entrance. The door opens into a bright and airy kitchen, which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and tumble dryer. Overlooking the garden and with doors giving access, the large open-plan lounge/dining area has a TV and DVD and is the perfect place to relax and watch a film after a long walk. Adjacent to the lounge area through an open arch is a king-size bedroom, also with a door to the garden. Heading back through the lounge you will find a contemporary shower room with WC.

Venturing outside you will find an enclosed patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Set directly off the lounge and backed by the forest it’s the perfect spot for dining outdoors. Moving back around to the front of the property you will find a gravelled parking area, which will accommodate two cars.

This is a very homely and well equipped cottage with easy parking. Dishwasher,washing machine and tumbler.....a real home from home. Very spacious and has everything that you could possibly need and more. Patio doors to a very nice private garden area. A very good location in a not too busy area.

Heather Villa, is a prefect holiday cottage, Located near the A31 which makes it easy to get to any of the many interesting places to visit. In the cottage you have everything you might need, and is well furnished and very comfortable. Debbie and Steve are one of the most helpful and thoughtful owners you could meet. This property very convenient for visiting both Hampshire and Dorset. Many attractions and places to visit almost on the doorstep with more available to those happy to travel a bit further, with road network good in any direction. Bus stop just outside and nearest town, Ringwood, five minute drive away where there are several supermarkets. Homely, comfortable and well equipped accommodation with a nice touch of added extras provided by owner on arrival. The location is ideal for visiting The Moors Valley and Blatchford lakes. Ideal area for walkers and birdwatchers whilst also a good location for road routes to further afield places of interest.

It was a pleasure to spend our holiday at Heather Villa. The property was well equipped, and much more spacious than the pictures suggested. we particuarly enjoyed watching the birds (and an adventurous squirrel) in the lovely garden. We were well placed to take adnvantage of the coast, the New Forest, and East Dorset. Highly recommended!
