A beautiful setting in a very rural location, requires a certain level of fitness to negotiate the walks. the cottage is very cosy and retains a rustic charm with excellent amienities provided. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and very helpful. Would definately recommend this cottage but you do need to be fit and mobile .

The Cottage has some character and the rooms are a reasonable size. The owners who live next door are very friendly but don't interfere. The staircase would not suit anyone a bit doddery on their knees or hips. The location is very rural and very quiet.

The cottage was very comfortable and the owners were most welcoming. The surrounding countryside was beautiful and perfect for walking stretches of the SW coast path. We enjoyed sitting out in the garden and the lounge was good for relaxing on the damper days of our holiday.

We were greeted by our host and a tray of tea and biscuits was waiting for us. Cottage was well equipped and all furniture was comfortable and in good working order. The garden was full of bees which were nesting in the roof. They did not worry us and the noise was rather lovely. However other guests might not agree. The cottage was situated along Read morevery narrow lanes with limited passing places. It would have been good to know this before booking. Hide
