This property, completed in 2016, is very secluded and offers many outstanding features including a private decked area with stunning views across the Rocombe Valley toward Cannington Viaduct. Situated nearby the owner’s home yet very secluded with its own private access.

Enjoying a secluded setting on a quiet, narrow country lane, yet 1.5 miles from The World Heritage site of Lyme Regis, with its bustling harbour, historic Cobb, and breathtaking Jurassic Coast. Lyme Regis has an excellent choice of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and stylish cafés. Perfectly situated for walkers and fossil hunters, with many local attractions, including the Marine Theatre, aquarium, an award-winning brewery and mackerel fishing trips. River Cottage HQ and Canteen are close by. Other attractions include Seaton Tramway, Sidmouth, Chesil Beach and Abbotsbury Swannery.

The studio-style accommodation offers: open plan lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area: open plan with woodburner, smart TV (featuring complimentary access to Amazon Prime and Netflix) and a wireless Sonos speaker. Sleeping area has a king-size bed. Kitchen area with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, espresso machine and dishwasher. Shower room: with large shower and WC. Outside: decked area with furniture and garden area with gas BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 2 miles, pub and village store 1 mile, restaurants, cafes and shops 1.5 miles. Arrival: 3pm.

The property is nicely equipped and has a modern fresh look. Particularly liked the Sonos sound system and quality TV. Great view across the valley farms. Slight downside is the single track lane access.

We loved our stay in Little Spinney. The location was perfect. Stunning view , a little haven. Very near to Lyme Regis and all the wonderful places to visit in beautiful Dorset. We had everything we needed in Little Spinney. We would definitely stay again.

This is a great property in a lovely peaceful location. Very private with great views and lots of local wildlife to see from the comfort of the terrace. We saw a fox, roe deer, buzzards, owl and bat on our first evening. The walk into Lyme via Mill Lane and along the river is beautiful-butterflies galore, dragonflies, trout to be seen. The walk bacRead morek has a steep section but isn't beyond the capacity of anyone with reasonable mobility. Kevin is a thoughtful host who is there if needed. Loved it. Hide

Excellent studio in a lovely peaceful location. Very high standards in every respect. We first stayed in the Studio last September and we liked it so much we returned again in July. We found the quality and standards just the same, the owner is very welcoming and on hand if needed. we are re booking for 2018

There are no improvements or recommendations needed at Little Spinney everything was just wonderful, so clean and tidy, peaceful and quiet with beautiful country views and very kind owner. Only one and a half miles from the superb resort of Lyme Regis. Would certainly recommend this superb studio. First Class.

Little Spinney is just perfect for a couple who love peace and quiet and for relaxing after having a busy day. It is only one and a half miles from the beautiful Lyme Regis which is so clean and tidy with the shops providing everything you need. We would highly recommend this holiday studio.

This was a fabulous holiday cottage tucked down a narrow lane and with views over the valley - beautifully cool in the hottest week since goodness knows when! A superb location for discovering Lyme Regis and all around Dorset and East Devon. Really friendly owner - just loved it!

Little Spinney is a stunning up to the minute property in a beautiful location. Both inside and outside have been thoughtfully designed to make the most of the views and countryside location whilst having all the modern conveniences that guests expect. Lighting and decor especially attractive.

Beautiful small conversion in a wonderfully tranquil location. Great views from the raised decked terrace as well as from the bedroom window, was great to wake up to such a great view from our bed! Loved the bi fold doors and the illuminated tree in the evening. Lovely walks up the lane and round the valley. Great all round , loved it.

I cannot recommend this modern, chic studio highly enough. In a secluded, tranquil setting but only a short hop from Lyme Regis, it far exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully appointed with great thought for every modern comfort.

The Little Spinney is a wonderful little hideaway. There are so many little touches that it make it feel very homely and the log burner was a real treat and made for cosy evenings in. The Prosecco and biscuits were a nice touch. All the facilities are modern and of a very high standard with a very comfy bed and a great power shower. We had a excellent stay and we would recommend it to anyone. Lovely,cosy holiday home and we were made to feel very welcome. Kevin the proprietor could not have been more helpful and welcoming,we even had fresh flowers and a bottle of bubbles when we arrived and the fire was lit ready for us on a horrid wet dark night. Well designed "studio" cottage with lovely views over verdant pastures. The access road was a bit of a challenge but we did get the hang of it and the effort was worth it....the quality of the accommodation was first class.

This is a one of a kind studio set in a lovely location, it is well equipped. With plenty of walks to discover only 2 miles from beach, we really enjoyed our stay. Owner of the property there if needed.
