There is ample room around the dining table to enjoy leisurely meals with family and friends. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and a WC. Heading upstairs, you will encounter the first bedroom which is at the front of the property and is a light and airy room with a double bed. Completing the first floor is the second bedroom containing twin beds which overlooks the wonderful rear garden.

Stepping outside, to the rear of the property and accessed via a shared pathway and external stone steps, is an enclosed cottage garden with seating and BBQ. In addition to this, it also has outdoor games and play equipment available to use, perfect for the little ones and even a lawn area for them to run around in, whilst the rest of you can admire the gorgeous flower garden. At the front of the cottage, roadside parking is generally available immediately outside or close by.

Lovely, cosy, country cottage. Beautifully decorated, everything looks new and clean. Pretty garden to sit out in. Had everything we needed for a fabulous holiday exploring the Jurassic Coast.

Maiden Cottage was wonderful for us as a family of fiur and our dog. Located in a peaceful area, 10 minutes from Dorchester, 25 mins from Weymouth and a short walk to a local village store and pub/restaurant. We had an extremeky comfortable stay, with everything you need at the cottage, including a rear garden area for sitting and relaxing. Would dRead moreefinitely recommend to all! Hide

deceiving from the outside, but very comfortable and all we needed once inside. It was cold first thing on two mornings and the heating system seemed to complicated to use so we left that. Easy to get to all the places we wanted and the pub served nice food.
