This is a cozy and compact cottage, good for a couple or a family with one or two young children (due to the second bedroom being accessed through the main). The stairs are fairly steep so a toddler would need supervision. There are plenty of attractions within an hours drive and the countryside is very attractive, and peaceful. But the location isRead more only reachable by single track roads with passing places, which was hard work. The pub next door is ok, though not a free house, with good food. Hide

Lovely homely cottage in a beautiful rural location. Our 7 year old son loved the big play area in the pub beer garden next door, which was also dog friendly and served nice food.
