Set within a small working sheep farm in the heart of North Dorset, this stylish property offers views over surrounding fields, spacious rooms and stabling, making it the perfect spot for riders and nature lovers alike. The picturesque village of Milton Abbas is the subject of many photographs and has a pub and historic abbey, which is home to tea rooms during the summer months. An abundance of pretty towns, villages and beaches are accessible from here, with a good selection of pubs and shops for those essential supplies. Heading south from the barn is the stunning Jurassic Coastline, which provides the ideal backdrop for walking and cycling.

Located directly outside of the kitchen/diner and lounge, it’s the perfect spot for enjoying a meal outdoors. A utility area is available within adjacent farm buildings, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and boot/dog washing area. There is ample off-road parking within the farmyard surrounding the property.

This is a recently converted barn and everything is brand new. The two interlinking rooms upstairs are great for those with children and the kitchen is fully equipped, except for a washing machine. Sarah and Neal are great hosts and everyone is friendly; the barn is on a working farm and the children loved seeing the animals. The local pub does greRead moreat food and you're in close proximity to the main Dorset tourist attractions. We had a great stay. Hide

Easy access to all areas of the property and help offered where necessary. Although we were out in the real country, there was plenty of interest all around and near at hand Perhaps the day fishing might be worth mentioning.

As the first to rent Middleton Barn, we had a fabulous Easter break with warm friendly hosts. A wonderful setting in rural Dorset with walking from the door yet close enough to the coast to explore. Our spaniel Mabel loved it too!
