This impressive property occupies an elevated position and has been lovingly furnished in a light and airy beachy style. Located in a convenient location central to Poole Harbour, Sandbanks and Bournemouth, it provides a great base from which to enjoy this lively and fun-packed area.

Neighbouring Bournemouth also offers an extensive range of shops, restaurants and amusements. The golden beaches at Bournemouth, Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are all a convenient drive away and offer a great way to keep all of the family entertained. Other activities and places of interest close by include Corfe Castle, Monkey World, the Bovington Tank Museum, the historic market town of Dorchester, Christchurch priory town, Hengistbury Head, Mudeford Quay and Highcliffe Castle. The reverse-level accommodation approached by a flight of stairs from the driveway offers SIX bedrooms: on the first floor, 1 double and 1 double with additional single bed. On the ground floor, 1 king-size with patio doors to balcony and en-suite bathroom with hand-held shower over bath and WC, 1 double with en-suite shower and WC, 1 double with additional single bed and 1 twin with en-suite shower and WC. Shower room: with shower and WC on the ground floor. Separate WC, on the first floor. Lounge/diner: with TV/DVD and patio doors to balcony. Kitchen: with electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and access to balcony. Outside: enclosed garden with lawn, garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: private off-road parking for 5 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: due to the elevated position of the property the driveway is relatively steep. Please also ensure children and dogs are supervised when on the balcony. Location: beach 2 miles, pubs and shops within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

What a fabulous family holiday! Property was very comfortable for 14 guests. The area was nice and quiet. Our weather was nice and sunny so spent most of our week at the nearby beaches. Sandbanks and Bournmouth having lovely sandy beaches, Lulworth cove definitely worth a visit along with Durdle Door. Would like to book again for next year.

Really clean, really well equipped for 14 people. Good location with only a 10 minute walk to Ashley Cross with lots of bars.

This comfortable property has plenty of space for a full complement of guests. In winter it also enjoys good views over Poole Harbour. The bedrooms are really nice and the beds gave us a good night's sleep. Be aware that the kitchen facilities are barely adequate for 12 people and that the driveway to the property is very steep indeed.

Only minor niggles shower fittings not very easy to turn and set did quality did not match general quality of house fittings.

Accomadation was very comfortable and spacious for 12 people. Dining area and lounge seating was excellent. 20 minute walk to nearest pub, shops and restaurants. Christmas tree was a nice touch. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent long weekend staying at this property. Ideal for a large group of friends/ family. Very spacious accommodation in ideal location. Couldn't really find any fault and would definitely consider a return visit.

Great location for walking to Poole abd the sea. Bournemouth and its beaches very close. Property needs some attention

This house is spacious and on the whole well equipped, unfortunately it is a work in progress. It is well positioned for beaches and local attractions. The drive is very steep, scraping the underside of all our cars. It could have been cleaner, the kitchen equipment needed washing before use. As it stands at present I consider it to be overpriced.

This property is in an elevated position at the end of a cul de sac and has a very steep drive and numerous steps to the front door. It is well equipped, but if you are going with young children please be aware that at the time of our visit there was no stair gate. The games room is only accessible from outside which is a shame.
