Nautical inspired holiday home in the seaside village of Mudeford boasting beaches within walking distance and a fifteen minute drive to the New Forest National Park.

Well placed for trips to the beach, this single level holiday home is nestled in the seaside village of Mudeford. The Mudeford ferry offers rides to Sand Spit, a beach hut haven and there are plenty of other attractions for the family to enjoy in the surrounding area from Bucklers Hard Story to the Beaulieu Estate Motor Museum and much more. The Nelson pub is a ten minute stroll away, great for those evenings you don’t fancy cooking.

The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is spacious, bright and stylish with comfortable furnishings and all the modern essentials you would require on a self-catering break. There are three bedrooms and the master bedroom has a super-king-size bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children. The family bathroom has a relaxing deep bath and large separate shower.

Outside there is off road parking for two cars and free street parking if required. The private garden comes complete with a summer house with games such as mini table tennis and badminton rackets for the kids to enjoy and a great space for storing bikes and buggies. The garden furniture provides a great setting for al fresco dining.

The property had everything you could ask for. The quality of the property was very good everything you could ask for , the minute we walked in it was very clean and a generous welcome pack. Location was great 10 minute walk to beach.

Wow! What can I say amazing property. Home from home everything you could possibly want is provided. The whole place is furnished to a very high standard & the garden is great we enjoyed some nice sunny outside time. The play house was good too they even provide buckets & spades , crabbing stuff etc. Great location only about a 10 minute walk to thRead moree beach. The property is in a lovely quiet area. This property certainly has the wow factor when you arrive. Beautifully presented (and even fragranced, we appreciated the Jo Malone!) and fully equipped. The weather meant we didnt use the garden but we could imagine just how lovely it would be to sit out there in the evening.

Seascape is a lovely light, airy bungalow that has plenty of room inside and a beautiful designed area outside. As a family it was lovely to spend time together, cooking, eating, playing games and toasting marshmallows. Absolutely love this place! This was our second visit and wed have loved to go back next year, but sadly its already booked. Well definitely return again just as soon as we can. Thanks to the hosts, theyve thought of everything. The new garden is beautiful and a really great feature. We had some lovely evenings sat outside.

From the moment we walked through the door we felt at home. The decor indoors was beautiful , the new garden a bonus and the welcome pack a surprise. Julie and Neil have catered for everything. The location was just right too.

Lovely and airy and excellent for mum whose has poor mobility with everything on one level with no door thresholds. Avon Beach so close by and loved eating at Noisy Lobster and The Jetty.
