Enjoy a warm welcome to this cosy studio style annex which has been lovingly renovated and is ideally situated for exploring Dorset and its beautiful Jurassic coastline.

Conveniently located on the A354 in the small village of Winterborne Whitechurch, the property is just 5 miles from Blandford Forum and is in an ideal base to enjoy the many sites and attractions the area offers. Located on the banks of the River Stour, Blandford Forum is the most complete, small Georgian town in England. The town has lovely architecture and a market place where there is a variety of independent shops and boutiques, cafes, restaurants and pubs. There are also a number of interesting museums. Nearby Dorchester has a number of attractions including Max Gate, a town house in Dorchester designed and lived in by Thomas Hardy as well as The Dinosaur Museum and The Tutankhamun Exhibition. Attractions nearby include The Steam Fair, Teddy Rocks Concert, The Tank Museum at Bovington and Monkey World.

The studio-style accommodation offers: lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area: open plan area with sofa and TV/DVD. Sleeping area has a double bed. Kitchen area with electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Wet room: with shower and WC. Outside: shingled seating area to the front of the property. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, Wi-Fi and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 1 medium dog welcome, 2 small dogs by arrangement. Additional info: regret no washing machine, guests are able to use the owner's washing machine and tumble dryer by arrangement with the owner, please note there is an additional charge for this service. Location: beach 12 miles, shop 5 miles and pub within walking distance.

location is absolutely perfect! everything you could possibly want to do is close by. place is perfect for two people, only problem we had was the bed sheets not very comfortable and as close to the road can be a bit noisy at night. Other than that we were in love with the place

Very quaint studio very well presented. Quite central for exploring the coastline of Dorset. Well maintained stocked well with equipment needed. Owners very helpful with what you need. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Imaginatively designed studio, good quality furnishings and equipment. Friendly owners who have added some nice touches to the property. It is a little noisy as right on a busy road but we soon got used to it. The location is perfect for exploring the area.

Very friendly owners and beautifully presented property. Felt very homely, attention to detail very very high. Local people also very welcoming and stopped to speak to you when walking the dogs. Had a lovely holiday as a result.

The cottage is excellent with good equipment. The location is really good for visiting anywhere along the wonderful Dorset coastline. All in all we had a really good week and would not only like to visit again but would also have no hesitation in recommending this property to friends & family.

The studio was well located in the centre of Dorset to see lots of different places. A fully equipped kitchen meant it was easy to have breakfast and dinner there if you wanted. Roz and Steve very friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. Property really well situated for visiting all along the Dorset coastline.
