Really comfortable and warm. Quiet and peaceful location. Well insulated from traffic noise (not that the road outside was busy - it wasn't). The owners were extremely helpful in every respect.

An excellent (and very new) conversion of an old property into a small and beautiful holiday cottage. Well equipped, very comfortable and cosy, with some thoughful touches - fresh flowers, cream tea with local produce. Conveniently located for touring the Dorset/Wiltshire countryside, and for visiting the National Trust's Stourhead.

The cottage was beautiful so well presented and done to a very high standard. It was so warm and cosy. We were welcomed with Tea and Cream Scones which was an added delight.

This little cottage was a perfect home from home for us. Tastefully and comfortably furnished, everything we could have needed, and much that was unexpected, was provided. Exploration of the village itself was rewarding - The White Lion does good food in a welcoming atmosphere , history lovers should check out Mill Lane, its not what you might thinkRead more! Hide
