Only a twelve minute stroll to the nearest beach and twenty minutes from Mudeford Quay, a great spot for crabbing, this seaside cottage offers plenty of activities and attractions within the area for the whole family to enjoy. If you fancy a night off cooking, a ten minute stroll away is The Nelson in Mudeford or catch the ferry over to the sand spit and visit the popular Beach Café & Bar.

Set across one floor, this property is stylish, spacious and bright. The open plan living area is relaxing and perfect for down time with a 47” TV and Sky Box, great for cosying up and catching a movie. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing a family feast and you can socialise and catch up over the dining table. There is a handy utility room with room to store buggies and where washing essentials can be found. The master bedroom is spacious with a king-size bed and en-suite with a large shower and WC. There are a further two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with two single beds. The family bathroom features a bath with shower over and WC. A travel cot is available for babies if required.

Outside the property benefits from a large fully enclosed garden, great for basking in the sun and a patio area with furniture for outdoor dining on warmer evenings. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of space for kayaks / dingy trailer parking two. If you are bring surfboards, bikes or wet suites, these may be stored in the garage by prior arrangement for the owners and you’ll find free parking on the street outside the property.

The cottage is really well set out and with its bright white painted rooms it gives a feeling of a very summary setting. A grass garden would be preferred to the small stones and concrete back garden especially with young children. The location is perhaps not ideal, although not far from the beach but not far from prying eyes.

This was a lovely place to stay with the family. The open plan kitchen-dining area with skylights made for a particularly homely space for our toddlers to run around in. Nice location close to the beach and quay, and short drive away from New Forest, Christchurch and Bournemouth.

Had a long weekend here with friends. Bungalow was lovely and bright and airy. Beautifully decorated and appointed. As the weather was sunny we requested a bbq which was no problem at all. The area is great for walking, the quay and beaches which are about 10 minutes walk away. Would thoroughly recommend this bungalow

Excellent holiday let. Nicely decorated and furnished, very practical and homely. Comfy beds, good showers, plenty of wardrobe space and a well equipped kitchen and utility room. Great location for exploring the area and trips to New Forest, Dorset and the beach, which is a short drive away. Close to Christchurch which has lots of places to eat on offer. The property is well equipped for a Holiday stay.
