These charming spacious semi-detached properties sit within 5 acres of the owners' grounds, where guests are invited to enjoy this open space at their leisure and take in the peace and tranquillity of the area. From private balconies there are stunning, far reaching views over the gardens and beyond to the Frome Valley.

Located within the rolling picturesque Dorset countryside, this is the perfect spot for guests looking for a relaxing break in peaceful surroundings, with an array of walks from the properties that lead over the picture postcard landscape. With their central location, these cottages are ideal for guests looking to explore the wider area, from Cerne Abbas with its famous giant carved into the chalk hillside, Weymouth Sea Life Park and Marine Sanctuary, Abbotsbury Swannery, to the awe inspiring World Heritage Jurassic Coast that is a must for guests visiting the area, to name but a few.

Outside: each property has access to the shared lawns with small ornamental pond (please take care with children). Shared utility: with fridge and freezer facilities and washing machine. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, electric, wi-fi  and electric heating included. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 17 miles, shops and pubs within 3 miles. Arrival: 3pm.

The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: super-king size with zip-an-link bed (can be made into twin upon request at time of booking), with compact en-suite shower room with WC which is accessed via two steps down. The bedroom also has access out onto the private enclosed balcony with seating. Lounge: with ample seating around the flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview. Kitchen: with integrated oven and hob, small fridge with ice compartment and microwave. Outside: seating area to the rear of the property. Additional info: sleeps 2+1 adult or 2+2 children on sofa bed. Amenities: regret no pets.

Perfect setting in a beautifull area, very nice view on the lawn and countryside. Very large bed room and sitting room. Everything nice and comfortable, excepted perhaps the tiny shower (and toilet) room witch is to be remodel in the coming winter. The gest are nice and discreet. In short, a very pleasant stay in a wonderfull area

Lovely cottage in a beautiful rural location, very quiet and comfortable. Gigi and Charlie are great hosts and made us feel very welcome without being at all intrusive. Excellent base for exploring the many things Dorset has to offer.

Great host, welcoming us as soon as we arrived with lots of space to park and unload. There are lots of nice places to eat around the cottage which are really easy to get to within 30mins of the cottage.

we had a good time. this is quite remote but we did not mind, the kids loved seeing the chickens and horses, the area is beautiful, glad we went to the local pub (need to drive though), and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. thanks
