Kitchen/diner: move seamlessly from the lounge into this area, with high stools, integrated appliances, oven with hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Use of washing machine. Outside: access to a shared enclosed garden with patio area, seating, shared BBQ facilities and also access to the pub's shared garden. Amenities: 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Ample off-road parking. Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

The cottage was located behind an excellent pub with very friendly and helpful staff. The menu choices were very good and reasonably priced. The staff (and most customers) adored our greyhound Milo. It was my wifes birthday and the staff got her a card and flowers.

Delightful, comfortable if compact accommodation. Well equipped with excellent bathroom. The garden is small with a sunny patio. Safely fenced for the dog. In addition to the garden there is a field and path up to the ridge - ideal for early morning dog walks. Excellent choice of tasty meals in the pub where the dog was most welcome. The apartment had all mod cons, it was very comfortable, our dog settled in very easy, the flat has a enclosed garden so he could roam around, we would definitely go back

We ate at the Wynyards Gap pub every night which is attached to the cottages. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our dog was also made very welcome which was fantastic for us as we could sit and have our meal without worrying about leaving her alone.

The property has everything that you need, even a dishwasher! The property was clean and comfortable and the owners were very welcoming. The pub located only a few paces away, had a lovely menu and vast beer and wine selection plus a lovely cider. The outdoor beer garden has stunning views but the weather was not good so we could not sit out. A reaRead morelly quiet location but does not take long to get into Somerset or Devon. The pub, immediately adjacent served excellent food. We ate there every evening. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Our boxer dog was really made to feel at home and joined us in the bar. Amazing views from the pub garden just opposite the pub. Centred within many places of interest.
