The location is within easy walking distance of the village shop, local pubs, fishing lakes and 9-hole golf course. The sandy beaches of Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea are a short drive away, or for those looking for adventure Skegness Fantasy Island and traditional seaside amusements are within easy reach. The antique centres at Horncastle, Cadwell Park Racing Circuit and Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage centre provide a great day out. From traditional fish and chips, to local farm produce the area provides gastro delights for all tastes, including some fantastic cafes, restaurants and pubs to relax in.

Leisure facilities: 2 private fishing lakes, use is free of charge for guests. Play facilities: children's play area, with slide, swing, bikes, go karts, climbing frame and large sandpit. Outside: 15 acres of grounds to enjoy with various seating areas. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
