A beautiful property in a secluded country garden setting, alongside peaceful countryside. An excellent location, it feels remote yet close to all amenities you could need. A lovely, cosy little cottage, tucked away at the bottom of a lovely garden, didnt notice that you shared the garden with the owners. Nice, private and shady, which given the current weather was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

We loved this cottage, very welcoming but also very private and in beautiful surroundings. Everything you need for a great stay, from basic up to modern hi-tec requirements. We particularly loved coming back after a hard day's exploring and taking in the late afternoon sun at the rear of the cottage for a few hours with a nice Sauvignon. Heaven !

Tucked away in the owner's very so large garden with countryside views but still close to Welton visit with its shops, pub and food places. The Falconer golf club restaurant, in easy walking distance, had good service. A good location for the main road network (and narrow side ones) for accessing Lincoln and the many attractions within 40 miles.

It had everything, charming hosts, beautifully decorated, well equipped, comfortable and all the little extras, books, maps, lots of local info. We will certainly visit again. Many thanks.
