A  detached bungalow located in a popular town, with its close proximity to the beach and town centre it’s the ideal place to explore exactly what the Lincolnshire coastline has to offer.

Nested between historical fisherman's cottages, close to Queens Park, play area and boating lake and only 50 yards from the Blue Flag award winning beach at Mablethorpe, this traditional seaside retreat is perfect for discovering more than four miles of unbroken coast line.

The seaside town of Mablethorpe provides an array of shops, cafes, amusements and pubs to enjoy.This is the perfect base for discovering the Lincolnshire coastline alongside other coastal towns such as Skegness, Chapel St Lenoards, and Sutton-On-Sea, with attractions including Natureland Seal Sanctuary and Fantasy Island. A local caravan site offer day tickets for fishing. Slightly further away is the beautiful city of Lincoln with its castle, cathedral and bespoke shops. For keen walkers the area provides an abundance of coastal and wold walks to be explored.

On entering this detached bungalow all on one level, a well equipped kitchen having an electric Rangemaster oven and gas hob,  microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, a breakfast bar with seating for two people. The lounge/diner with TV/DVD, comfortable leather sofa and chairs, gas flame effect fire and table and chairs for dining. A master double bedroom which is light and airy, a twin bedroom. The family bathroom comprises of bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin with vanity unit.

Outside: A  patio and grassed area with seating, off road parking for 2 cars

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

A wonderful, well equipped cottage which really is a stones throw away from the beach. Very clean and well maintained. A wonderful base to explore the area. Secure parking.

Beautifully kept bungalow/cottage in an excellent quiet location near the beach. The owner is a lovely lady who made us so welcome when we arrived. This property is very well equipped and nicely furnished with a seaside touch to the dcor. Ideal for dogs due to the fully enclosed front garden and the secure, enclosed rear yard. Parking couldn't be bRead moreetter, right outside the rear of the property on private shared courtyard area. Totally home-from-home and can't be highly enough recommended! Hide

We had a great stay .downside is they have changed the name of the property but have not changed name on the property so we where walking round for about twenty minutes looking for it
