This detached bungalow is located in a popular town, with its close proximity to the beach and town centre it’s the ideal place to explore exactly what the Lincolnshire coastline has to offer. Nested between historical fisherman's cottages, close to Queens Park, play area and boating lake and only 50 yards from the Blue Flag award winning beach at Mablethorpe, this traditional seaside retreat is perfect for discovering more than four miles of unbroken coast line.

The seaside town of Mablethorpe provides an array of shops, cafes, amusements and pubs to enjoy.This is the perfect base for discovering the Lincolnshire coastline alongside other coastal towns such as Skegness, Chapel St Lenoards, and Sutton-On-Sea, with attractions including Natureland Seal Sanctuary and Fantasy Island. A local caravan site offer day tickets for fishing. Slightly further away is the beautiful city of Lincoln with its castle, cathedral and bespoke shops. For keen walkers the area provides an abundance of coastal and wold walks to be explored.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV/DVD. Kitchen: with electric Rangemaster oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: patio and grassed area. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: award winning beach 50 yards. Shop and pub within walking distance.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

The best holiday cottage we have been to .bev who owns it is very helpful and a nice lady if you have any problems she deals with it promptly .would recommend to anyone

fantastic bungalow in great location ideal for children and only short walk to dog friendly beach if you require a beach hut which are great recommend book early

Great clean ideal place for a nice relaxing break near beach park and ideal to put to town just park up no need for car unless you are going further afield good value will be booking again if available.

A fantastic well equipped bungalow that is a "stones throw" from the beach. The beach itself is sandy and kept spotlessly clean by the local authority. To the left there is a dog ban on the beach during the main holiday season for those people without dogs but to the right there is a dog friendly beach where the dogs can run free.
