Lovely accommodation in a working windmill. Well equipped kitchen and great welcome pack with oats and bread from the mill itself. Good location in Boston a short walk from town but quiet too.

The accommodation is beautifully and comfortably furnished with quirky decorations and very well equipped. James and Richard are wonderful hosts who gave us a very warm welcome. It is a privilege to be able to stay in the mill and learn how it works - and sample some of its produce.

very roomy and comfy appartment for 2. Everything like advertised, slightly more urban location than expected; also due to the fact that this is an historic building with wooden floors, the sound insulation is also what can be expected.

The Flour Mill is very central to the town of Boston. This is useful for shopping etc as you can walk easily to the main supermarkets etc. Noise is not really a problem from the traffic but it is busy with agricultural machinery on the roads. The Maud Foster Mill is certainly the most picturesque part of Boston, and makes for a lovely atmospheric base from which to explore Lincolnshire and north Norfolk. The owners could not have been more friendly and helpful, and having the run of the windmill itself throughout our stay was great. I loved the floury, grainy smell of the place.
