Nearby towns include Louth, Horncastle, Spilsby and Alford, providng an abundance of independent shops, cafes and restaurants whilst villages such as Belchford, Fulletby and Old Bollingbroke offer beautiful walks and cycle routes within The Wolds. This modern, contemporary accommodation is conveniently located on the A1028 and provides good access to the Lincolnshire coast. The beautiful beaches located at Anderby Creek and Sandilands provide a laid back experience compared to the traditional seaside towns of Skegness and Mablethorpe with attractions including Natureland Seal Sanctuary and Fantasy Island.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin with 2 additional pull out singles (that can be made into 2 doubles on request). Bathroom: with bath, shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with coal effect electric fire and TV/DVD. Kitchen area, with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: enclosed grassed area with seating area and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: pub 2 miles and shop 1 mile.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Beautiful and comfortable holiday accommodation with everything thought of for a great stay. Location in the Lincolnshire Wolds with lots in the area to see and do. Fantastic beach close by and we were blessed with fabulous weather too. Only one drawback is the busy road, but the standard of accommodation and attention to detail of this property, iRead moren our opinion made up for this completely. Would definitely recommend to our friends and family. Hide

We have just returned from a fantastic stay with our 3 dogs. The chapel and surrounding areas are beautiful. One note for dog owners - the garden is secure if you have large dogs, but small dogs will need to be on a lead. You have to go out onto the driveway to access the garden (driveway is shared with the owners), and small dogs could easily fit Read morethrough the fencing/gates. This didnt spoil our enjoyment at all, and we would highly recommend! Hide

A lovely weekend was enjoyed at the converted chapel.It was comfortable and clean.The location was perfect for walking the two dogs that were with us. Previous reviews mention the road noise but this was not issue and did not affect our stay in any way.The drive way to the property is very secure with big gates to prevent any dogs from running ontoRead more the road.The garden is accessed just by the front door of the chapel and is completely secure. Outstanding cottage in a lovely part of the country, however, there is a fair amount of road noise and for those of you with dogs, there is no direct access to the garden from the house, which could be a bit tricky, particularly in the summer. Property itself is fantastic with all mod cons and remote controlled candles!!
