This property is one of a row of cottages and situated on the edge of the village, less than a 5 minute drive away to small shops, a local pub and a restaurant in the pretty village of Docking.

A splendid base from which to discover the beautiful sandy beaches 7 miles away at Hunstanton, Holme next the Sea and Brancaster just a 15 minute drive. Golf nearby, Brancaster Staithe and Burnham Overy Staithe for sailing and nature trails. Other attractions include Queens home Sandringham, Houghton Hall, Park Farm Snettisham and Norfolk Lavender Farm. The popular village of Burnham Market is only a few minutes drive away.

On entering the property into a spacious kitchen/diner: well-equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and Flatscreen TV with built in DVD player. Lounge: with electric fire, Flatscreen TV. Stairs leading from the hallway to the first floor, there is a good size double bedroom with en suite a further double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds ideal for the children to share. A lovely spacious cottage in a fantastic, quiet and central location, ideal for visiting north Norfolk and surrounding beaches. Plus, within easy reach of local amenities. A good property for young families.

My sister and I and my dog had a great time. The cottage was just right for us. There was easy parking which is a must and the garden was completely enclosed which was great for my dog. The cottage itself was beautifully set up, everything you would need was supplied . When we arrived there was a welcome tray set up for tea or coffee, the dinning tRead moreable was laid and there was a very nice cheese cake waiting for us! I am thinking of revisiting the area and hopefully booking the cottage again. Hide

This is a very pretty, quiet cottage. Its well maintained, equipment is good quality. The owner was very thoughtful....a pretty Christmas tree had been put up. The table was set beautifully with a lovely welcome pack. The beds were comfy, bedding was very clean. It has a pretty, secure garden. Good internet signal. Everything you could need. Its juRead morest a short drive to Heacham. Difficult to walk anywhere as there are no footpaths but good location for exploring by car. Highly recommend. Hide
