Lovely little apartment! All the comforts of home, very clean and well-furnished, and Jim was a very good host. I particularly enjoyed being so close to the water, watching the river run by was so relaxing.

A perfect cottage to relax and take things easy. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on the south facing terrace was a bonus. Ideal for RSPB reserves, Strumpshaw within walking distance. Local shops had all we needed. Owner was very helpful. We will definitely be back.

The riverside location was just perfect and was a great base for exploring the Broads and the Norfolk coast. The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful. The cottage itself was light and airy and very thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing break. We would definitely recommend/return without hesitation.

On arriving at the boathouse we were surprised to find it is so close to working boatyards. However after a very warm welcome from the owner once you are at the front of the property you do not notice. The property is very well equipped and beautifully clean. Had a lovely relaxing week watching the boats go by.

Brundell Boathouse was ideally situated for the river and hiring river boats the railway station was at the end of the lane and a good pub also at the end of the lane.

The accommodation is very tastefully decorated in a nautical theme and extremely well furnished and equipped. The bedding is luxurious and the property is spotlessly clean. Beautifully situated right on the river and very very peaceful. There is a Rail station 5 mins walk away and buses from nearby. Also a pub within walking distance.
