We have limited mobility and the cottage was just right for us. The owner could not have been more considerate and helpful. Eating out was a challenge, nearest pub had steps in various places and local cafe is on the first floor without a lift

The boat house is in an idyllic peaceful water front position accessed along a pontoon with moorings. There are 2 steps from the pontoon on to your own private decking from which you can watch the river traffic drift along. The property itself is modern, spacious and comfortable.

Fabulous location on the river's edge. Wonderful to sit on the decking or inside and watch boats drift past. The Boathouse is well furnished and equipped and a wonderful spot from which to explore the surrounding area. Nearby is an RSPB reserve and the Broads. The village has a small supermarket and a bistro is within walking distance as is the staRead moretion with trains to Norwich and Great Yarmouth. Hide

Lovely little apartment! All the comforts of home, very clean and well-furnished, and Jim was a very good host. I particularly enjoyed being so close to the water, watching the river run by was so relaxing.
