CHARMING COTTAGE IN POPULAR NORFOLK VILLAGE WITH STUNNING COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS

This delightful semi-detached cottage is situated in the charming North Norfolk village of Northrepps in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just a couple of miles from the popular seaside town of Cromer and within walking distance of Overstrand beach and the village pub.

The local pub is within walking distance and serves good food, plus a village hall with children’s play area. Several quiet lanes for walking and cycling and just under 2 miles to the beach at Overstrand, with a store, pub, cafe and hotel for afternoon tea. Cromer is 3 miles away for coastal walks, lovely sandy beaches, end of pier entertainment, esplanade gardens and golf or take home a freshly caught crab for supper. Enjoyable days out include Sheringham Park, Felbrigg and Blickling Hall, Amazona Zoo, Norfolk Shire Horse Centre, Muckleburgh Military Collection. The famous Broads can be reached within 30 minutes for day boat hire, fishing, nature reserves and riverside pubs.

Entering this modern semi detached cottage into the entrance hall, a cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin, the kitchen is well equipped, with  breakfast bar, having an electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. The light and airy lounge/diner has a flatscreen TV, DVD, with French doors leading on to the garden, perfect for those sunny days, the stairs lead from the lounge to the first floor landing. A spacious double bedroom, and twin bedroom with views of the village church. The family bathroom comprises of bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Beautiful cottage in a perfect location estuary views outstanding, two local pubs 15 mins walking distance and half hour to the Warren. The cottage is a credit to the owners very well equipped and comfortable, the home made cream tea on arrival was superb. We will definitely return in the near future.

Close to the coast road so you don,t have to go far for shopping and large choice of excellent places to visit. Would recommend Church View,I took my dog a walk to Overstrand every morning(short route) 4 miles good caf. Good meals to be had at The Foundry.All in all good time had by all.

A lovely cosy cottage in a peaceful and quiet area of Northrepps. A short drive to lots of the best beaches in Norfolk. Good value as we paid lower price than many other properties viewed.

Beautiful place to stay. Very peaceful, ideal place to recharge those batteries after hectic time at work. Great walks locally, ideal for the dog. Very good pub in village, food excellent. Recommend as the perfect relaxing holiday
