The cottage was nice and in a good location for visiting places. The local pub is worth a visit, lovely staff and food. The property would benefit from having a full size fridge & a freezer, there's plenty of space for this in the conservatory. The owners were nice. Would stay at the cottage again.

This is a quirky cottage with a strange layout. The twin room is accessed via a door direct to the lounge and while it does have a window it is to another room rather than outside. The cottage is nicely furnished and well-equipped with quality plates, saucepans etc. The lounge and bedrooms were comfortable. Location was quiet.

Nice clean property in a quiet location. Owners left us to it but were there if we needed them for anything. We liked the fact it's detached with its own garden. Good location with Beccles very close by with Morrisons and Tesco supermarkets. Better still there's a McDonald's less than 5 minutes drive from the bungalow!

Lovely cottage in quiet location. Extremely well equipped and owners live next door if there are any problems (not that there were!). Plenty of wildlife in garden. Central location and about equal distance from Norwich, Southwold, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. Two friendly pubs within walking distance with great food. Supermarkets in Beccles just 5Read more minutes away. Hide
