spent a week in Late October and we loved it. Excellent location only 10 minute walk to town. Tesco if you wish but with a lots of good pub food and restaurants in walking distance not much need to use the well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the real fire in the evenings.

Very nice cottage, 10 minute walk into Sheringham. Off road parking for 1 car in quiet street. Very well equipped and very clean but we found the bed very saggy and uncomfortable. Shingle laid garden ideal for accommodating dogs and staying clean.

This cottage for us was in a great location, and handy for buses, corner shop, walk to town, train, our car was used once during the whole week stay, and was parked off the road, although the street was very quiet. The cottage itself had all we needed and more. Loved it.

Great location. It was good to have off street parking. Secluded and safe back garden would make it ideal if you have children.

This cottage is ideal for a couple with two or less young children( we were just a couple) so the smallness quaint nature suited us.Garden room is excellent for a semi-alfresco breakfast. Location is very good, all within a 20 minute walk .

Lovely cottage in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the town. Lots to do in nearby town and countryside. Very nicely furnished and cosy.

Cosy cottage in very good location. Within walking distance of Sheringham with all shops. There is a drive with space for one or two cars but road can get very congested making it difficult to get onto drive at times. Cottage is delightful and an ideal holiday home.
