We had a lovely few days for new year in the cottage. Its a small cottage but enough for the 2 of us and our dog. It was really cosy with the fire. Good location only a short drive to brancaster beach and holkham which were really beautiful.

Lovely character cottage. Warm and cosy. Great central location for North Norfolk. B Road right outside front door noisy as tractors harvesting root vegetables and also seems to be local shortcut. If you can put up with that then great cottage - we loved it. Oh, and some v.low door entrances so if you are bigger than a hobbit - duck or grouse!

Set in the heart of Sedgeford, ideal place for touring / exploring the local area, which includes an archaeological dig site during the summer. Not a place for anyone with mobility issues as the stairs are uneven and steep. Also the doorways are low so mind your heads. It is a lovely little property, quirky but cosy.

No parking lady next told us off for parking outside the cottage, watch out for very low doors .

Lovely location ideal for lovely walks at Hunstanton and old Branchester. Sandringham just 15 mins away and beautiful woodland walk with the dog.

A lovely cottage, made me feel at home just walking through the door. Tea, coffee etc. ready to make a cuppa straight away. The pub (King William IV) just up the road is very friendly to two legged and four legged customers and has an excellent menu.

a lovely cottage. It is an old building so this can be expected but care needs to be taken on the stairs as the risers and depth of the stairs varies and this can unbalance one! That said - would happily stay again
