This delightful home, situated on a working farm is a fantastic place to stay for anyone wishing to explore this part of East Anglia and blends characterful charm with contemporary styling perfectly.

Situated on a working farm this beautiful farm cottage, recently refurbished in 2018, provides a delightful family accommodation set in the rural Norfolk countryside. This cosy and stylish property is located close to the Norfolk/Suffolk border making it the perfect base from which to explore both coastline and county. The Suffolk and Norfolk coasts attract visitors to the charming resorts such as Southwold, Sheringham and Cromer while inland attractions include National Trust and English Heritage properties, Banham Zoo and close to hand, Thetford Forest which is great for those wishing to walk or cycle or for the more energetic there are the high wires of Go Ape.

Guests arriving at the cottage will enter the entrance hallway which provides a handy place for coats and shoes before moving through to the lounge where there are two large sofas on which to relax in front of the wood burner while catching up with your favourite programmes on the Smart TV and Blu Ray DVD player. The well-equipped kitchen with full height ceiling creating a light and airy atmosphere contains everything required to test your culinary skills with electric Aga oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, and to help with the cleaning after, a handy dishwasher. The separate dining room has table and chairs and a wood burner. The rear hallway leads to the ground floor double bedroom and the bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Ascending the staircase, the first-floor features two bedrooms, the first being a double and the second a twin. Finishing the accommodation is a shower room with shower and WC.

Heading outside guests can enjoy the large, enclosed garden, perfect for children to let off some energy while a patio area with garden furniture provides a spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine whilst utilising the gas BBQ. There is ample off-road parking for three cars.

Lovely property in a very nice area with local shops a few minutes away & all else 20 mins drive. Owners left us to our own devices & my family of six enjoyed their stay!
