The property sits on the outskirts of the Sandringham Royal Estate that is a must see when visiting this picturesque part of the country. Ideally located to explore Norfolk from the wonderful North Norfolk coast, to the array of National Trust properties including the 16th Century Blickling Estate with its treasure trove of romantic buildings and beautiful gardens. A short car journey will take you to the beach on The Wash where you can watch the sun setting over the sea. Leisure facilities: hot tub in the garden which can be used from 9am to 9pm daily.

This delightful single-storey cottage offers TWO cosy double bedrooms. Bathroom: bath with shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV, DVD and Freeview. Kitchen: this compact galley style kitchen has been well thought out and equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Study/snug: the perfect place to relax and unwind. Outside: large private garden with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquillity. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, electric heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking within the property. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach 4 miles, shops and pubs 2 miles.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

A vert quaint little cottage. Everything is provided. It felt cold and a little damp when we arrived but we soon warmed up. The hot tub was great. Be prepared to feel like you've stepped back in time here. Lovely cottage ideal for walkers. Plenty of room for 2 people. Garden is not secure for dogs. The hot tub is not serviced during the stay.

Lovely location so quite and just a short drive from most things. Such a nice quite area and the cottage is so cute and small but without being cramped it was a lovely place to stay had an amazing time.

Beautiful quaint cottage. You step out of the front door and the woods are directly in front of you. If you knew where the paths took you , our walks would have been longer. Very quiet.
