This cosy hideaway offers a quaint slice of Norfolk village life just a stone’s throw from the coast.

The bespoke kitchen features exposed ceiling beams, painted wooden units, marble worktops and a butler sink. This room is fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge with small ice compartment, microwave and a small table with a built-in bench. The sitting room next door is cosy and welcoming, with leather furniture, an open fire and Freeview TV for enjoying relaxing evenings in. There is a bathroom on the ground floor with bath and electric shower. From the sitting room, steep, winding cottage style stairs lead up to the first floor and the two charming bedrooms, each of which features slanted beamed ceilings and pretty cottage windows. There is a spacious landing bedroom with double bed and chest of drawers and a connecting twin bedroom with wrought iron beds located through a low doorway.

Outside, there is a small paved courtyard to the side of the house, plus a gravel area to the front which catches the afternoon sun, perfect for al fresco picnics. There is road parking nearby, but guests can unload cars outside the property.

Superb little cottage great location fairly well equipped not for the very tall though low door frames and tight staircase could cause problems. Had a very nice relaxed Xmas week
