An attractive brick and flint cottage with landscaped gardens in to enjoy a comfortable and stylish holiday for up to six guests.

The coastal village of Trimmingham is an ideal place for guests wishing to explore the delightfully scenic North Norfolk Coastline. Visit small fishing villages oozing character and charm and larger seaside resorts such as Cromer, a glorious example of a traditional seaside town with a pier stretching out over the sandy beach and an excellent range of independent cafes and restaurants, including many serving the town’s famous local crab. The famous Broads can be reached within a short drive for day boat hire, fishing, nature reserves and riverside pubs. Family days out include Amazonia Zoo, BeWilderwood and the Dinosaur park while sightseers will wish to see the National Trust property at Felbrigg Hall.

Arriving at the property guests will enter the hallway via an undercover porch and find ample spaces for coats and shoes before stepping through to the kitchen. The AGA style electric oven and hob enables guests to show off any culinary flair and all manner of holiday dining is provided for with a microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Moving through to the open-plan lounge/diner, this cosy and bright room features comfortable sofa seating on which to relax after a day at the beach, for those chillier evenings light the wood burner for a cosy night in, there is also a dining table on which to eat and plan the following days activities. Any downtime remaining can be used catching up with any must see programmes on the TV/DVD or with one of the nice selections of board games and books. Completing the ground floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Ascending the cottage style staircase to the first floor the three bedrooms are all located off the landing. The first is a double bedroom with glimpses of the sea and cliffs, the second a twin room while the third accommodates adult size bunk beds.

Guests will equally enjoy spending time in the landscaped gardens of the cottage where a coastal theme, with pebble boarders and raised plant beds provide a lovely backdrop to any al fresco dining. Three separate areas for seating, include an enclosed area for guests and dogs while a large timber shed provides a den with sofa seating and garden games which children will love along with a fully furnished summer house. An outside tap is useful for washing down sandy shoes or muddy paws. There is also ample off-road parking for four cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20 for up to 7 nights, £40 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20 for every week or part week thereafter.
