Apart from the small bed, a very well equipped and comfortable flat. We liked that our own designated parking space was a hop, skip and jump away from the premises. The distance from the flat into Cromer is perhaps half a mile away ( 20 mins walk at a comfortable pace) However it may be difficult for less able bodied persons. Very peaceful.

Great location for touring but not a great place to relax in as there was not really anywhere to sit out or no outlook. so you are stuck indoors

The flat was lovely but was a good walk into Cromer Town for someone elderly
