Beccles is a lovely market town, ideally located on the Norfolk/Suffolk border and is at the entrance to the Broads National park. The town has many historic buildings, a weekly market, an outdoor lido and a popular farmers market every other week. Hire a boat and take a trip up the River Waveney or for those keen walkers take on the Beccles Marsh Trail. It offers easy access to the popular coastal towns of Lowestoft, Southwold and Aldeburgh. The Cathedral city of Norwich is just 20 miles away for theatres, shopping, culture and cuisine. Dunwich health, RSPB Minsmere are all within easy reach, as well as family days out at Africa Alive and Pleasurewood Hills.

The first floor apartment arranged over two levels offers TWO bedrooms: on the second floor, 1 double and 1 double accessed via three steps with en-suite WC. Shower room: with double shower and WC, on the first floor. Lounge: with Smart TV and DVD. Second lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) and TV/DVD. Kitchen: with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed garden with summer house, seating and BBQ. Amenities: private off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Additional info: Welcome tray on arrival. Please be aware of sloping ceilings and low beams in some parts of the property. Location: pubs and shops within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

A beautifully decorated town flat with modern comforts but still retains period charm. A warm welcome awaits from Nick in the florist, and if your stuck for things to do he has a wealth of knowledge of the surrounding area. Well positioned for exploring sustains cycle network or take a day trip on the broads from a number of local boat yards. BecclRead morees is a charming town with small local retailers. Hide

The location in Beccles is perfect. We met the owner, who owns the shop downstairs and he couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly and gave a few good ideas of things to do and see. My wife and I stayed with our 5 year old and 5 month old and would return in a heart beat. There are 2 sitting rooms and a secret garden so plenty of room.
