Excellent location, very homely, well equipped apartment. Very welcoming and helpful shop owners and ladies in the flower shop below. Beccles is a lovely place to visit and would definitely recommend this area as well as staying at Rooftops. We enjoyed a perfect week with perfect weather!!!

Nice place to stay, our problem was the shower, as it is a fixed head shower and nobody above 5 foot 8 inch can use it without having to bend. And as it an upstairs flat with more stairs to the bedrooms and some very low doors not really suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

A well equipped and centrally located flat. Very spacious. Some traffic and people noise especially if the Velux windows open at night. Garden is across a parking area so not as convenient as I had hoped.
