Local places of interest include, windmills at Thelnetham and Bardwell, Lopham and Regrave Fen, Pakenham Water mill, Wyken Hall gardens and Vineyard. Further afield explore the Suffolk and Norfolk coastlines, and the seaside towns of Sheringham, Southwold and Aldeburgh. Inland explore Bury St Edmunds with Cathedral and thriving shopping areas, Newmarket home of horse racing and Cambridge with the stunning University buildings along with shopping and places to eat. Attractions include, Banham Zoo, West Stow Country Park and Anglo Saxon Village, Go Ape Thetford Forest and National Trust properties at Ickworth and Kentwell.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 super-king-size (which can be made into a twin on request) with en-suite shower and WC. On the ground floor, 1 twin with en-suite shower and WC, on the ground floor. Lounge: with TV/DVD, ipod dock and radio, on the first floor. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine and access to the garden.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Please note there is a refundable £200 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

The 'welcome pack' was excellent and in general so was the property, good location and would stay there again.
