Really beautiful property, warm, cosy, clean and welcoming with great facilities. Location is excellent with Co-op, local pubs and restaurants all on the door step. Recommend a visit to Lavenham as well as Melford. Really beautiful area and a wonderfully relaxing break.

Comfortable and cosy cottage in heart of Clare. Great base for exploring this area of Suffolk with lots of National Trust properties and other sites of interest nearby. Good places to eat in Clare and surrounding villages. Great place for a relaxing break. Good Wifi and smart TV.

Ideal location for an atmospheric break. Nice oldworldly character, but with all modcoms. Really great location in a small town with all amenities (except a bakery :) ). Good bed, large shower, all the kitchenware you need. Enigmatic window system, but the one in the smaller bedroom was easier to handle so that helped.

Welcome surprise when entering the property. The beams and the period features were pleasing. Furnishings were tasteful. Bedrooms pleasing to the eye. Lovely large shower. Overall feeling of being in a period property and a lovely cottage.

Lovely cosy cottage in a lovely picturesque location. Great local facilities run by very friendly people. Lots of excellent eateries in Clare and the surrounding villages and towns. I find it very difficult to get around but despite this we found plenty to do and enjoyed every minute of our stay. There were a couple of dust webs in the beams in the downstairs ceiling and dust on the kitchen window blinds, but this is being hyper critical and in no way affected our stay.

Loved the cottage and the location is excellent. We parked up a short walk away and that was where my car stayed for the week. Spent time ambling around Clare. Walking the dogs through Clare country park, sitting in front of the fire in the local pub with the dogs. Was a great relaxing week.
