Ocean Drive is just a few minutes walk from Ocean Terminal which has excellent shopping, a selection of contemporary bars and restaurants, some overlooking the Royal Yacht Britannia, and a cinema complex. The cosmopolitan Leith Shore with its trendy wine / cafe bars and renowned restaurants is a short stroll away and for recreation, there is a leisure centre and swimming pool. Princes St is 2 miles and there is an excellent public transport service day and night.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and 1 further double. Bathroom with shower over bath. Lounge/diner: with door to small balcony, Freeview TV, DVD, CD player. Kitchen: with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and microwave. Outside: communal enclosed garden with benches. Amenities: secure underground parking with elevator access and entry phone system. Bed linen, towels, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Regret no children under 12 years. Excellent property within 5 minutes walk of the Britannia. Good public transport in to Edinburgh (buses about every 10 minutes) . Right money needed though!

Centre of Leith so right in the heart of the restaurant country, with super walks along the shore (seashore) and the River Leith right back into Glasgow if you want. Shops very handy and you could easily manage without a car given the frequency of buses in and out of the city and towards eg. Newhaven.

A very comfortable flat in a nice location. Easy access to golf courses in the area and good bus links into the city. Good bars and restaurants all in short walking distance. A couple of improvements required but nothing really to spoil our holiday.

Cottage was very convenient for buses food court shop and cinema. Car park was inn secured place. Security of building was good.

This property is as advertised. Good space though small kitchen. quiet street with great views of port activity. Walls are not particularly well insulated for noise but for the most part neighbours are quiet. Buses are few blocks away. Great proximity to the Leith Shore area. Wonderful pubs and restaurants.

We have now stayed in this flat four times, which proves its convenience for bus routes while providing secure parking for one car. fantastic place to stay when visiting Edinburgh close to bus stops and local amenities comfortable, well equipped and very bright and spacious. would stay again if we visit Edinburgh in the future
