A superb little find, in fact we have been 3 yrs on the go now .. we love it! It is so well equipped and cosy that it feels like home, in fact it has become our home away from home. We are a family of two adults and 2 children and a Jack Russell and is a very good size to accommodate us. The log fire is to die for and plenty of logs available. Lovely, cosy cottage in a beautiful area. Owners of the property were very nice and helpful. Would recommend if youre looking for a quiet place to get away. Rural surroundings with good pubs and walks but still only 10 minutes away from shops, supermarkets, takeaways etc if needed.

Very authentic cottage feel to the place in a good way, lots of nooks and crannies, and each room was interesting dcor and pictures etc. As advertised on a working farm and this adds to the appeal. We would visit again.

The cottage was cosy, warm and the welcome was first rate. We had logs and the fire was set to go (to combat the freezing April weather!!) and there was even a bottle of wine and milk for us in the kitchen. The setting is beautiful and the dog walks recommended to us by the owner were lovely.

Lovely cottage. Ideal for our three day winter hideaway. Our little daughter loved the kids room with all the toys to explore and we spent ours infront of the huge fire place. Kitchen well equipped to cook nice meals. Also includes dishwasher and even washing machine. We loved the detail how it was decorated, e.g. Christmas stockings hanging of theRead more beds etc. The friendly owner lives next door and horses are on the farm that can be spotted from the cottage.
