Situated a few miles from Tewkesbury, this unique and charmingly converted forge at the foot of Bredon Hill offers an idyllic holiday home which includes a fabulous original Victorian conservatory.

Bredon Hill is a haven for walkers and cyclists alike. The glorious landscape provides features and sites of interest for everyone to enjoy. You could visit the ancient Saxon town of Winchcombe, nestling in a beautiful Cotswold Valley. The Prescott Hill Climb hold motoring events throughout the year. The village of Broadway boasts a traditional, historic high street of honey coloured cottages, boutiques, antiques shops, cafes and restaurants. Further afield you could enjoy the racing at Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon. Cheltenham is home to famous literature and food festivals, while Stratford has everything for lovers of theatre and culture. The Vale of Evesham is home to the simply stunning Blossom Festival in the springtime and the Plum Festival in the autumn.

On entering this quirky, cosy and attractive single-storey accommodation you will find yourself in the light and spacious lounge, which boasts an open fire, flagstone floor, exposed beams, a library of books, TV / DVD. Moving into the lovely traditional kitchen, you will find it equipped with gas oven, hob and dishwasher. Further equipment, including microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine, can be found in the nearby utility room. You can dine in style in the delightful Victorian conservatory, which is fully furnished – there’s even a piano. Exploring further, you will find three wonderful bedrooms. There’s a comfy double, one spacious twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a double on request) and a comfortable single room. There is also a shower room complete with WC.

Heading outside, you can relax and enjoy dining outdoors in the beautiful enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ. There is off-road parking available for two cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

I really loved this quirky place, but didn't realise there were deep steps in the property. Was told it was on one level. It was difficult for me with bad artheritis. I wastnt expecting a disabled property do to age. I am just letting anyone know that my husband is confined to a wheelchair and was difficult for both of us. Two bedrooms he couldn't Read moreget through the door. The main bedroom was down a narrow ramp. This is only to help others in wheelchairs and by no means against the owners. Hide

The forge has a wonderfully chilled vibe! We had everything we needed. My little boy loved it as much as we did. We are very creative people and loved the styling of the place...just fab!

We spent a week here for Christmas and it was absolutely lovely! The cottage is quirky as other reviewers have said but we really liked it. It was so warm and cozy and Martin & Hitomi provided 2 decorated Christmas trees which was a nice touch.
