Peacefully tucked away within the grounds of a private complex, within walking distance to the lakes and wildlife landscape. Offering a warm welcome to all that come to stay, with exposed Cotswold stone, wooden beams and woodburning stove.

Enjoying a great location in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and just a short distance from the bustling market town of Cirencester. The Cotswold Water Park is Britain’s largest water park offering a wide range of activities to include, boating, water skiing, fishing, cycling, walking, golf and horse riding. Well served by the National Trust with Chedworth Roman Villa, Sherborne Estate and the 17th Century weaver’s cottages in Bibury. The historical city of Bath and the Regency town of Cheltenham are both within easy reach. Other attractions include The Cotswold Wildlife Park, Westonbirt Arboretum, Birdland and the Model Village. Leisure facilities: communal outdoor heated swimming pool with sauna, children’s play area and tennis court. Plus bike and canoe hire. Please note that the pool is closed between the end of the October half term and the beginning of the Easter weekend.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite bath and WC, 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Shower room: with shower and WC, on the ground floor. Lounge/diner: with woodburner (first basket of logs included between October and March) and TV/DVD. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: enclosed terrace with garden furniture. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electric, heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: bar, restaurant and shop within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

A generally comfortable cottage in a pleasant location but the third bedroom is more suited for two children than two adults, as there is no storage or anywhere to hang anything. So this cottage would perhaps be best for four adults and two children (not six adults). The 'nearby' parking slot is extremely narrow, which was not actually a problem atRead more the time we were visiting but would be much more so if every slot was in use (as they probably are in the Summer). A beautiful place to stay. The cottage held 7 of us no problem at all. The whole cottage is very tastefully decorated and of a very high standard. As soon as we came in we felt at home. Location is stunning. Lovely walks around the lakes and surrounding area. We only had a short stay but hope to return and use this cottage again.
