We stayed in the cottage over New Year for three nights and had such a lovely time. We were left some bits and pieces to help our stay (milk, cider, cake, biscuit for our dog). The cottage was warm, comfortable and had good wifi and tv signal and the wood burner was great (once we worked out how to get it going!) The views are so breathtaking and aRead more visit to the abandoned medieval church next door is a must for keen photographers like me. Hide

Lovely place, we used it as a base to explore the surrounding area and cotswold walks. Very clean, homely (there were even Xmas Decs for our December visit) and the hosts are very helpful.

Lovely cottage but pictures make it look like there's no neighbours but it's across the road from a very small business plot. Could have done with more logs as it's the only source of heat and a wood axe would have been useful. Property owner was extremely helpful and welcome gifts were lovely. Overall a lovely cosy cottage.

+++ Lovely comfortable well-equipped cottage for a week's stay. Super views. Lots of interesting walks and places to visit nearby. - - - Garden is enclosed but not fenced off sufficiently to prevent small dogs escaping underneath. WiFi signal intermittent, OK for email but has low bandwidth.

This cottage is charming and cosy, the log burner a definite plus! There is everything you need, a well equipped kitchen, the shower room is lovely. The views from the garden are excellent. It is in an ideal position for visiting areas of interest, villages, National Trust properties and other Houses & gardens, Nature Reserves. There is the CotswolRead mored Way close by, excellent for walking. Our dogs were accepted into alot of places to eat, which was helpful. Hide

Great hosts, having left us a beautifull cake, beer, cider, dishwasher tablets, etch, a really charming conversion and very peaceful location with great walks , the whole area is very dog friendly and the people most welcoming, with great real ale at local pub (Pear Tree), the charm of the Cotswolds will keep you coming back for more.

The views from the location are amazing, and the cottage is lovely and makes for a good place to get some much needed R&R. The place was very clean and was loved by us and our GSD.

Ideal cottage for the summer but found it rather cold when we arrived back wet from dog walks! Owners promptly put in an outside tap before our arrival-great for hosing the dogs! Good amount of info on the area.

Lovely location, lots to do, and beautiful countryside. The property is supplied with a number of nice amenities. We were warmly greeted with tea, cake, beer and cider. The main downside was a lack of central heating, as in February the cottage got quite cold! The owners are responsive and eager to help, upon request they provided us with an extra Read morefan heater, which helped during the day, although as these can't be kept on overnight the mornings still proved a bit chilly!
