Northleach makes a wonderful base from which to explore the Cotswolds, being close to the historic market towns of Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, Moreton-in-Marsh, Broadway and Burford and many quintessential limestone villages. Cheltenham racecourse is within easy reach as well as a host of golf courses while the surrounding countryside provides a network of footpaths, cycle paths and bridleways. Nearby attractions include The Cotswold Farm Park, numerous National Trust properties and gardens, Snowshill Manor, Hidcote Gardens, Chastleton House and Chedworth Roman Villa. The Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Batsford Arboretumn open throughout the year.

You’ll enter this bright and beautiful cottage to find an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, offering a social space for a small family break. There are stylish sofas to relax on as you watch the TV / DVD and just behind that a dining room table and chairs for mealtimes, and the kitchen area. The kitchen has everything you need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Also on the ground floor you will find the twin bedroom with en-suite shower with WC. Upon request, the zip-and-link twin beds can be made into a super-king-size. The main, king-size bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath is located on the first floor.

Outside there is a courtyard complete with seating and off-road parking for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely very cosy modern cottage ex telephone exchange. Good hot and cold water pressure also got everything equipment you want. Good parking space for two cars, easy get out to main road to Bourton on Water and other villages..

Very comfortable, cosy. Had all we needed. Good location, all the central Cotswolds in very easy reach. Good to have small grocery shop, bakers etc and post office only 5 mins away.

This is a lovely cottage, great location and well equipped. Very peaceful and nice short walk to the pub and shop. Wi-FI and Freeview a boon with teenagers! Will definitely be back.

Exchange cottage was a very comfy home for the week in a nice and quiet location. Amenities close by should you run out of anything, although we were very well catered for with the basic requirements. Other places we visited were no more than 30/40 minute drive away and lots of lovely walks right on your doorstep. We would definitely stay again.
