Peacefully tucked away within the grounds of the owner’s farm this converted barn features exposed beams and stone floors. Its stylish interior and private courtyard are ideal for relaxing and entertaining.

Lechlade is a small attractive Cotswold town situated on the River Thames. It is well placed to enjoy the many popular towns and villages such as Burford, Cirencester, Bibury, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bath, Tetbury and Cheltenham famous for the races, literature and music festivals. You can explore the banks of the Thames with a wealth of picturesque riverside walks with traditional inns along the way, the quintessential village of Bibury for an afternoon tea, along with numerous National Trust Houses and gardens. Nearby attractions include Kelmscott Manor, Buscott Park, next door Bushby Leaze Trout Fishery and Chedworth Roman Villa. Popular local events include the RAF air show at Fairford, Badminton and Blenheim Horse Trials and the Cheltenham Racing Festival.

The accommodation offers ONE bedroom with king-size bed. Shower room: with WC. Lounge/diner: with woodburner (logs included) and Smart TV with Netflix. Kitchen: well-equipped with range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Outside: enclosed courtyard. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Additional info: a sofa bed for two is available. Stables are available by arrangement with the owner. Location: shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Arrival 3pm.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

The Old Dairy is bright, spacious and uncluttered accommodation. The fittings are of good quality. Pleasant walk around the farm fields and small nature reserve. Peaceful setting and the owners were helpful but unobtrusive. A good base to tour this part of Gloucestershire.

The cottage was in a great location with a choice of great pubs locally in which to eat. The owners were friendly and very welcoming and we had a truly relaxing stay which was just what we needed.

The Old Dairy is located near to the owners farmhouse but totally separate. The yard is completely secure for dogs with plenty of parking. The cottage is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Beautiful conversion with ideal enclosed courtyard for accompanied dog. Everything you may want during your stay as far as equipment is concerned. Ideal walk into Lechlade to enjoy the shops and dog friendly cafes. Good location for the Cotswolds and Oxford.
