There were no logs, kindling or matchers, as had been indicated, there were no instructions for the TV, and we were unable to get it to work. It is a lovely old cottage, but the windows need some secondary glazing - the sitting room window had a huge gap causing awful draughts and the room to remain cold. A charming cottage that just lacked a personal touch. Fab location for pubs & restaurants though. A few issues on arrival with bulbs out, no instructions for TV (a SMART TV with no terrestrial channels), no welcome pack of logs, an apparently broken key safe & some not so clean cutlery/crockery. Such a shame as the property has bags of potential.

From the website the cottage appears quite roomy. Although it has character it is very small....we had guests for two days and really struggled with seating etc. We didn't realise we would actually have to go through the 1st bedroom to get to the bathroom!
