Spent a relaxing 3 day New Year break at The Dairy. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The owners where charming. We had a lovely surprise on arrival with a basket of goodies, including homemade jam and chutney and nice festive touches in the cottage, wellies and blankets for sitting out on the covered patio. The cottage was clean, bed was comfy and shower hot and good pressure. Ideally located for Gloucester and Forest of Dean. Would definitely like to return.

A cosy cottage for two with a large, totally secure and interesting garden for our active dog, and a huge field next door for lead-walking. Caring owners who respected our privacy. Excellent location for visiting Gloucester and surrounds. Hope to return!

A most attractive little cottage with a very warm welcome. And dog friendly.

The Old Dairy is an unusual and delightful holiday home. Quite small but equipped with all you might need. Cathy and Paul were welcoming and generous hosts - we learnt a lot about sheep farming, met Sam the Ram and were entertained by the alpacas who behaved just like some teenagers you might recognise. A beautiful location on the farm and a fabulous area of the UK to explore. Don't miss the Cathedral and do visit the Outlet stores in Gloucester Quays - take your gift lists!

A brilliantly decorated, quiet place with all the necessary equipment for a fully independent stay. You will want for nothing in this place and the seating area in the small courtyard outside is perfect for a cup of tea and a read. Bathroom is modernly decorated and living area and bedroom comfy and cosy. Kitchen is big enough to cook a proper dinner for two :)

The converted dairy barn was private and had a lovely outside space - nesting swallows only 2 metres away! The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and a hamper on arrival was particularly thoughtful. The hosts were unobtrusive but on hand if required, which suited us perfectly.

The cottage was beautiful, everything you needed was there, very thoughtful hamper with wine, chocolates etc even a dog treat on arrival! Blankets throughout the cottage and outside if needed. Owners very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again, very relaxing and peaceful. Lots of places to visit nearby, including the Forest of Dean.

Warm welcome from Paul and Cathy, with fresh flowers, homemade jam, and Prosecco in the fridge set the tone for our week’s holiday. Clean, comfortable and relaxed ambience in The Dairy. Central Heating, plus wood burner kept us cosy on chilly evenings. Safe secure and attractive garden for Nell, our Border Collie! Everything had been carefully considered to make our stay enjoyable.

A lovely welcome by Cathy and a homely feel with a lit wood burner was a wonderful start to my break away. The cottage is cosy and in wonderful tranquil surroundings, but well placed for visiting both Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. Just what I needed to re-charge the batteries after a long winter.
