Absolutely wonderful! Lovely cottage and location. Spent the weekend with our family. Delighted we could spend a night in around a log fire! Couldn't have asked for anything more.

A very comfortable and well equipped country cottage set in town so that all of the towns amenities, pubs, shops, tea- rooms, are a short walk away.

Lovely cottage in a perfect location for shops, pubs and restaurants. Countryside walks are also a stones-throw away. The only issue is the busy on street parking so it can be tricky unloading on arrival, but spaces do appear later in the day. This didnt spoil our holiday and would definitely recommend Nepenthe.

Overall the cottage was lovely. The warm fire was lovely in this cold weather. We travelled with 4 other adults, one being over 8 and we found the sofas uncomfortable and not very homely to rest and unwind. Beauitful cottage and very comfortable. Ideal for us to be close to everything as parent mobility not so good, so could walk to lovely pubs and restaurants. Visited many of the villages around the area. Even able to have fire alight some nights very cosy. Would definitely go back.

The cottage was very nicely furnished with a traditional feel. The bedrooms and bathrooms were superb. The cottage is situated on the main road in Stow but this did not detract from our enjoyment of the holiday.
