Neat, compact bungalow close to the centre of Cotswold town of Stow-on-the-Wold in a quiet suburban cul-de-sac location making the perfect holiday getaway for a family looking to discover the area.

This single-storey holiday bungalow offers spacious accommodation close to the centre of town. The town square where you will find many tea rooms, shops, pubs and restaurants is a short walk away. Stow-on-the-Wold is one of the antique centres of the Cotswolds with Burford, Chipping Norton and Cirencester all well worth a visit too. The market square in Stow is large and impressive with the ancient buildings giving an insight of the town's historic past. There is a great choice on your doorstep including picturesque Bourton-on-the-Water just four miles down the hill, the Slaughters, Upper and Lower Swell, and often forgotten picture-perfect villages such as Kineton and Naunton.

On arrival at the bungalow you will see that it retains much of its period charm. There is a small entrance hall to hang coats and bags, and to kick off any muddied boots after exploring the local tracks. The lounge is very airy and contains ample comfy seating to enjoy the TV, and there is also a folding leaf-style dining table by the window with seating for four, ideal for home-cooked meals on your break away. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric hob and oven, a washing machine, a microwave, and a fridge/freezer. Nearby are the spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other win twin singles. The bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC is close by for convenience too.

Outside, there is a pleasant courtyard garden with furniture for enjoying a morning coffee in the sunshine. Off-road parking is available on the hard-standing driveway at the side and rear of the property.

This cottage is comfortable, peaceful and clean and everything you need is there. The town is just a few minutes walk away with lovely shops, tearooms and eating places. A great holiday!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Comfortable cottage in an excellent location just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Stow. Owner very friendly and helpful in lead up to our stay. Would recommend this cottage.

Lovely little bungalow ideal for us four adults it must have been someone's home as it had everything you wished for. In the center of Stow just a walk around the corner was everything you would want, bakery food stores and lovely eating places. We will. Certainly use this holiday home in future.

This is our second visit within twelve months! The bungalow was immaculate on arrival. It is so convenient for both the local supermarket and also the delightful shops in the centre of Stow. It is in a great position for exploring the Cotswolds so we really enjoyed the beauty of the Lavender Farm near Snowshill and a trip on the Gloucestershire andRead more Warwickshire Steam Railway - this time starting from Broadway. Had a lovely peaceful time with everything we could want. We were snowed in on the first day but being so close to Stow we were able to walk in. Would come again if we visit the Cotswolds.

The cottage was very comfortable and well maintained. The cottage was in a quiet cul- de-sac just a few minutes walk to the Square. It was an excellent location for exploring The Cotswolds. We plan to return to this bungalow next year. Our grateful thanks to the owners
