National Trust properties to visit include Bredon Barn, Hidcote Gardens, Snowshill Manor and Gardens. Excellent cycling opportunities and on-site secure bike storage make it an excellent spot to explore on 2 wheels or 4. A little further afield West Midlands Safari, Cadbury World and Warwick Castle. Leisure facilities: Horse stabling available upon request at an additional charge and to be arranged with the owner.

The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: on first floor 1 double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, 1 double and 1 twin zip-and-link (which can be made as a double on request). On the ground floor 1 bunk bedroom (possibly not suitable for young children). Bathroom: on first floor with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with flame effect gas fire and TV/DVD. Dining room: with woodburner. Kitchen: with electric range oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room: with microwave and washing machine. Outside: an open aspect courtyard with garden furniture. Amenities: additional accommodation available on request. Ample off-road parking. Secure bike storage. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: shop 4 miles and pub within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

We had a wonderful stay at The Well House. Without doubt the best holiday home we have ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly want was there. Everything is of the highest standard, down to the quality of the bedding, kitchen ware etc. Lovely warm lemon drizzle cake waiting for us on arrival. Immaculate cottage in a lovely setting. The owner was very friendly and helpful - made a beautiful lemon drizzle cake on our arrival. Would definitely recommend the cottage if you want a peaceful retreat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at The Well House. It was really well equipped and comfortable and we loved the lemon drizzle cake on arrival. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for us all and we didn't feel on top of each other. Would recommend and certainly go back.

Spacious, comfortable accommodation - ideal for a family celebration. Our grand daughters loved exploring the adjacent farm. The lemon drizzle cake was a lovely surprise and appreciated by everyone !

Celebrated my mothers 70th birthday with family members, the reception from Laura upon arrival was lovely & her yummy drizzle cake. The cottage was perfect, a warm home from home feeling. Very spacious for 8 of us, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms were perfect, would highly recommend this country cottage. Beautiful!

Absolutely brilliant- as visitors from Australia but wanting to connect with family and friends - including a friendship reunion with overnighters - perfect. Great place to stay. Animals to see including horses. Very child /dog friendly. Places to visit within 1/2 hour. Recommend Sudeley Castle , snowshill and Beckford silks. One small problem which was sorted at once , with a box of free range eggs to compensate ? We had a brilliant stay at the Well House. There were 6 adults, a 3 year old and a 10 month old baby. There was plenty of room for all of us. The children loved wandering around the farm with Mattie, the little farm dog, and we saw cows, calves, horses and pigs. There were plenty of places to see and lots of pubs nearby. Lovely clean welcoming cottage with good facilities. The homemade cake was very nice too. Secure garden with ample parking for 3 cars & still room for the kids to play. The bunk room is downstairs but away from the lounge if concerned about adult noise. All round great cottage for a family.

This is a great place for inter-generational holidays. We had six adults and two children (3 and 7) and we all had plenty of room. The kitchen is marvellous and very well equipped. We've discussed a return visit, it worked so well.

This was a fantastic place to spend a week. The whole area is beautiful with lots for children to do. The cottage was immaculate and just like a home from home. Being situated on a working farm was a real bonus and the children loved it!

We stayed here for 3 nights 4 days and it was absolutely brilliant! The place itself was immaculately clean and and everything we needed and more! The lady who greeted us was very friendly and helpful and she had even left us a fresh (still warm) lemon drizzle cake!
