Great, well equipped cottage in a great (if a little out of the way) location. Welcome pack on arrival appreciated. Location I excellent for visiting all locations in the Peak District.

We found the cottage to be well equipped and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The welcome hamper was a nice surprise too. We found the owners most helpful when we had a minor issue, coming to visit us to put the matter right. Its a great location for walks direct from the cottage. The long narrow lane to the cottage can be a problem with oncoRead moreming vehicles. More vehicle passing spaces please ! Hide

A well presented (new) cottage for two people. Lovel quiet spot. We liked the little garden/terrace area. It was very hot when we were there but had the weather been inclement -= there was a nice wood burning stove for cool evenings.

excellent week stay, great cottage, facilities were spot on, just some sheep to keep you company!! the cottage is at the top of a long/steep hill, which makes it about a 10 minute walk back into the village but this is nothing bad. would recommend to anyone.

The cottage is located in a very quiet area. There is a lot of space inside, and we loved the cattle in front of our terrace. Customers should be aware the 'shop nearby' is rather far away, and the road to the cottage is very narrow and steep with only a few passing places.

This was our second stay at Clarice Cottage. It's a lovely cottage quiet, well appointed and comfortable. The "Welcome Basket" is much appreciated on arrival which included a bottle of wine, pasta, Ragu Sauce, Tea and Sugar. Wifi and Sat TV also much appreciated.

Lovely cottage with everything we needed for our trip. Very peaceful down a long track and surrounded by fields. Perfect location for exploring the peak district. Loads of walks on your doorstep. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area.

This is a cosy homely cottage. The bathroom and bedroom are roomy and the main room downstairs comfortable and spacious. It is well equipped. The washing machine was very useful as we got quite muddy! It is quite far up a track from the village. However the view is pleasant and the walk into the village takes you past some interesting sites.

The cottage was well equipped, cosy and in a nice peaceful setting. The walk to and from the village is just long enough so as it doesnt feel like a trek. Our 10 month old loved looking at the sheep and horses in the nearby fields.

A very cosy & comfortable cottage on the outskirts of Eyam. Although rather isolated at the end of a long, narrow drive, the cottage is well located for walks to Eyam, Foolow, Stoney Middleton & beyond.

This is a warm and cosy cottage which, although just for 2 people, certainly has plenty of space. The kitchen is very well equipped and the property is located just up a track from the lovely village of Eyam, where there are places to eat (recommend the Miner's Arms for dinner) and a few shops plus a number of historical sites to visit. It is very Read morewell situated for surrounding areas to visit (Bakewell, Matlock and Ashbourne to name a few) plus the MUST-VISIT Chatsworth House nearby. Hide
