This is a super property. Karen who owns and manages it is very welcoming and helpful. My mother (Joyce) really appreciated enjoyed the homemade Victoria sponge, and I loved the real coffee and wine included in the welcome pack. These were lovely touches. The courtyard is a little noisy (traffic noise) because the road is so busy. However, the viewRead mores out of the back window are glorious! Angela. Hide

Gooseberry Farm is all you could ask for, for a relaxing break. Very well furnished and equipped. Very handy for the Peak District. Although on a busy road it was very quiet. Would certainly recommend this farm to friends. Great stay extremely relaxing. Mrs Woods was very helpful without being "in your face".

Excellent. Comfortable and warm . The beds were extremely comfortable along with clean spacious bathroom and shower room. Kitchen appliances all in good working order and clean. Excellent location for all areas of the Peak District and a good pub less than half a mile away. Wonderful hostess who greeted us too.
