A great property for families that enjoys a stunning location surrounded by the scenery of the Peak District National Park, with mile after mile of wonderful walks to be enjoyed.

Hidden away down a quiet country road, this spacious luxury property enjoys wonderful views out to endless rolling hills, and is set in a great location within the beautiful Peak District National Park. Photographers will love the endless valley vistas waiting to be captured, while there are also plenty of great walks and cycle rides to be had in the area; head to nearby Tissington to take on the 13-mile Tissington Trail. Some of the area’s best-known attractions can also be easily reached, which include the Chatsworth Estate, as well as some lovely towns and villages such as Bakewell and Buxton where you can pick up some delicious local produce and souvenirs to take home.

Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by the large entrance hall, where there is a convenient WC as well as a laundry room that is ideal as a storage space for coats alongside a basin and a washer/dryer. Follow the hallway a little further and you will reach the spacious and open-plan lounge/diner, a great space to unwind and enjoy the far-reaching views out over the garden and the surrounding countryside. Sink into the sofa next to the feature fireplace with wood burner and catch up on your favourite shows with the Smart TV/DVD. Over in the dining area, the large dining table and chairs make it a great place to enjoy a family gathering over dinner. Through the lounge you can reach the open-plan kitchen/diner, where there is another dining table perfect for more casual occasions. The well-stocked kitchen features everything you need to feel at home, including a gas hob, double electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Bluetooth radio. This property boasts three comfortable bedrooms: a king-size, a double and a king-size that can be presented as twin beds on request. The king-size master bedroom has the added features of wooden ceiling beams, an armchair, a chaise longue and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and WC. There is also an additional family bathroom which has a bath, separate shower, WC and twin basins.

Accessed via the double doors in the lounge, there is a small patio where you can really make the most of the property’s beautiful surroundings. Should you wish to dine al fresco, there is also a BBQ to use during the summer months as well as a dining table and chairs. To the front of the property, there is an outdoor boot store perfect for wet and muddy shoes, found just before the entrance. 1 small dog accepted, Private off-road parking for up to three cars is available to the left of the property.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Beautifully furnished, spacious and comfortable. Fabulous location - peacefully quiet but short drive to town. Large bathrooms with piping hot water. Really comfy beds. Loved it all.

A beautifully presented and very spacious barn which was very comfortable for our stay. It is in a quiet location in the moors but within reasonable reach of both Buxton and Bakewell.

Beautiful location and setting. Ideally placed for local towns and the Chatsworth Estate. Gorgeous house, well maintained Lovely private garden and drive. We stayed for a week didn't want to leave and miss it already.

It was still light when we got there so we went to a near town, Buxton which was really nice in the pavilion gardens. Pizza express was very nice..we went on lots of lovely walks!! Hartington was really nice.
