Lovely cottage, clean and well stocked with equipment. Great location for walking or biking. Only 2 downsides to it... not advertised as being next to the busy, noisy main road. Raised patio, outdoor eating area could be a little dangerous for small children who could easily fall off and injure themselves. This is a fantastic property, very clean, spacious and well equipped. The games room and hot tub were both great additions and got daily use from everyone. Location is excellent for exploring the Peak District with some fantastic walks right on the doorstep. The only negative point was the proximity to the very fast and noisy A6 which runs right paRead morest the house, and was an issue to us when trying to cross it and also at night when we had to keep the windows closed because of the noise. A well presented , clean and comfortable cottage with everything for all age groups to have an enjoyable stay. The hot tub and games room were an extra addition to our enjoyment!! We all had a good time there.

The property itself is well presented, clean and well equiped but as the house is on the A6 there is significant noise from traffic which impacts on the ability to relax and unwind and should be reflected in the price.

Lovely holiday let. Spotlessly clean, large and perfect for large groups. Only downside was the 4 person hot tub, but we just took shifts in it!

This house is spacious, comfortable and has ample parking. The hot tub is brilliant, the bedrooms are luxurious and the beds comfortable. Cromford is a lovely village, a mile down a canal path. However, the house is directly on a busy and noisy A road.

A lovely, homely house rather than a cottage. Very comfortable living space and great beds. Added extras included a hot tub, games room, laundry and plenty of family games to play in the evenings. A bottle of bubbly and other treats to welcome us even including doggy goodies for our furry friend. The owners have thought of everything.

We stayed here as a party of 6 (3 generations) and 2 dogs. The property and surrounding area was perfect for us. The house was lovely, clean, uncluttered and tastefully furnished but still had a welcoming homely feel to it. The outside space was good and we appreciated the hot tub and games room. As well as the beautiful scenery and fantastic walksRead more there is loads to do in this area for all ages. The property was well located. Quiet area but only a short car trip to shops, attractions etc. Hide
