Comfy, quirky cottage in pretty setting. Very entertaining chickens to watch. A Rayburn to cook on,which was amazing. Lots of lovely pubs to try. It was a big effort to pack our bags and go home!

Beautiful cottage and location, can't remember if it was mentioned on booking or website but from parking location to entrance are some very difficult steps to negotiate, we were fortunate as it didn't affect us but I feel someone with accessibility issues should be aware :-)

Super cosy cottage and great location for exploring the Peak District. There are a few local bars and restaurants within short walking distance and equally well kitted out kitchen for doing your own cooking. Would definitely recommend this spot! Helen & Tom
