Renovated in a contemporary style with lots of space, this charming cottage is perfectly positioned to enjoy the many local walks and cycle routes including a trail to Chatsworth House.

Situated on the peaceful edge of the Derbyshire village of Baslow, the property is within walking distance of the many local facilities, which include a post office, grocery shops, pubs and restaurants. If you are looking for a long walk, the stunning views from the Gritstone Edge are not far away, or why not explore the heather moorlands above the village?

As you walk into the property, you enter the spacious open-plan living area. The cottage was clean and well appointed. It's location on the edge of the village means it's quiet and the garden and terrace are good areas to eat out or just relax, if you have the weather. Chatsworth House is a good stroll away and by car all of the Peak District is at your feet.
